Herb Knuth in Santa Barbara California.  It is possible that the 2nd man i s Albert Knuth, Herb's Brother.  There appears to be a likeness in appearence

Both were sons of William and Wilhelmine Knuth of Augusta Wisconsin.  The photo is circa 1950's.  Herb and Albert, at one time and for a while, were in the cattle business together
